With expanded patio seating, live music, and pop-up markets, explore historic Galt, Downtown Cambridge. Lower Main Street is transformed into a pedestrian-only space for all to enjoy and will host our BONUS EVENTS.

About this event
Latin Music on MAIN is a pop up event in downtown Cambridge (Galt). Not to be confused with our regular Latin Music on Queen events in Hespeler. This is a FREE street dancing event playing salsa, bachata and merengue for your enjoyment. Same great event, additional location.
You can expect an inclusive environment where everyone can join in, let loose, and enjoy the music, regardless of your background. Come feel the emotion and energy in the vibrant music no matter what language you speak! Whether you’re attending as part of the Latin community, the dance community, or just to have a good time, Queen Latin Music events are the place to be!

Where is this event located?
These event take place outdoors on MAIN ST in Galt (Downtown Cambridge) where the street is transformed into a pedestrian-only space all summer
Do I need a dance partner?
No partner needed! You can ask a stranger to dance, dance with your friends or rock the dance floor solo
Is there an age restriction?
This is a family friendly event, Latin dance can be enjoyed by any one of any cultural background, age, or ability
How much does the event cost?
This event is completely FREE!
Where can I park?

What happens if it rains?
The event will NOT be cancelled unless it's raining heavily during the event time. Even then we will probably wait to see if it passes quickly. Be sure to follow us on social media as we will post any cancellation there
Can we buy food or drinks?
We do not sell food or drinks as part of the event but there are plenty of local restaurants on Main St. Check them out here
What type of surface is the dance floor?
This event takes place on the closed street so the surface is asphalt pavement
